FORWARD PHYSICAL THERAPY
Our mission is to help people achieve and maintain an active, independent and safe lifestyle. We do this by providing the best physical and occupational therapy in a welcoming and motivating environment. We work together as a team to make sure our patients get the highest level of care while receiving "5 star" service. The first step in the process of helping people is having a great Patient Care Coordinator.
WHAT IS A PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR?
Some offices hire a receptionist. A receptionist answers the phone and schedules the patients.
A Patient Care Coordinator is SO much more than that. You are the most important part in making sure people achieve their goals and have an amazing experience in physical therapy. You are the first person people speak with when they call our office and the last one they see when they leave from their appointment.
On top of that, there is so much that needs to be done in between to make sure the patient can be seen and THIS is where the Patient Care Coordinator shines.
Your job is to make sure we can help as many people as possible.
If you are looking for the type of job where you can really make a difference in peoples lives, this is it.
